Will Herndon, Managing Director

Will Herndon is a Managing Director of Ajax Holdings, a private investment company based in Aspen, Colorado.  Will has 25 years of experience in private equity investment, capital markets, M&A and financial management. Will is also currently President and CFO of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate, one of Ajax Holdings’ portfolio companies where he has been for the past 9 years.
 
Prior to working for CBMM and Ajax, he worked at Dell Computer for 8 years in a number of roles including Investor Relations, Treasury and Division Controller positions. Prior to that he has worked in the U.S. and Asia with both private and public companies including Quaker Oats, American Airlines, Ernst & Young and Northland Telecommunications in a variety of consulting, investment, financial and business planning roles.
 
Will graduated from Aspen High School, has a BA with majors in Economics and Business Administration from The University of Puget Sound and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with majors in Strategic Planning and Corporate Development.
