Ajax Holdings LLC is a captive private equity firm. We are primarily focused on real estate investment, new construction, redevelopment, brokerage and management of commercial, residential and hotel properties in selected niche markets throughout the US. On a selective basis, we will consider investing in industries adjacent to our core focus on real property. While we prefer to be the sole investor in our projects, as we believe there is great value in having total decision-making control and flexibility, we will consider partnering with other investors when the partner brings a valuable and unique contribution to the project.
